Managing Director and CEO
David Lim, BSc (hons), MSc
Mr Lim has 36 years of international reservoir engineering experience and is the founder of Odin Reservoir Consultants. He has specialist skills in field development planning, reservoir engineering, CO2 sequestration and simulation. He started his career with Shell and has been assigned in Shell operating companies in Norway, Brunei, and as a Shell secondee at Woodside.
As the founder and principal of Odin Reservoir Consultants, he has provided reservoir simulation and reservoir engineering advice to NOCs, majors, and independent operators in Australia and SE Asia.

Sammy Hamzah, MBA (Freie Universität Berlin)
Sammy has over 30 years of experience at senior leadership and executive roles in the energy and industrial sectors. He has served on the boards of the Indonesian subsidiaries of Siemens, Lafarge and Rio Tinto.
Among the positions he serves today are member of the board of Motion Asiapac in Sydney, Commissioner of Motion Indonesia, chairman of Regal Springs Indonesia. Sammy is also active in non-commercial activities where he contributes his time to, among others, as Chairman of Indonesian Employer association (Apindo) and served for 7 years as vice president of Indonesian Petroleum Association up until 2016.

Andang Bachtiar, MSc, PhD
Dr Bachtiar has 38 years of experience in the oil, gas, energy and environmental industry. Andang started his career as a geologist with HUFFCO/VICO Indonesia before moving on to senior technical and executive roles, and most recently (2018-2021) based in Paris as the Exploration Director for Maurel et Prom.
Dr Bachtiar was an Expert Team Member of Ministry of Environment and Forestry, a Member of National Energy Council, and the Chairman of the National Exploration Committee reporting to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia.
Dr Bachtiar is the current General Secretary of ADPMET (Asosiasi Daerah Penghasil Migas dan Energi Terbarukan / Association of Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy Producing Regions Indonesia).

Alan Stein BSc (hons), PhD
Dr Stein is a geologist with more than 30 years experience in the international oil and gas industry. He was one of the founding partners of the geoscience consultancy IKODA Limited based in London and Perth and was the founding Managing Director of Fusion Oil & Gas plc (AiM), Ophir Energy plc (LSE) and Calima Energy Limited (ASX).
He has served on numerous Boards in both an Executive and non-executive capacity and has extensive experience of investment markets and corporate finance. He is currently a partner in Havoc Partners LLP a natural resources investment group.
